The first of VFC's venturing into Warsaw Pact guns, utilising the renowned VFC GBB system.
The VFC AK74M is now considered to be the best GBB AK on the market, with full steel trigger components from factory, and a 22mm cylinder for increased recoil compared to other GBB AKs on the market.
Not only that, this rifle also includes an adjustable bolt-travel setting from factory, allowing you to choose from a more realistic "full-stroke" mode, or a more gas-efficient "short stroke" mode. It also boasts a very good hop performance out of the box.
Speaking of gas efficiency, the VFC magazines can hold 107cc of gas, more than any other GBB AK on the market, and are incredibly gas efficient. 
Externally, the rifle is fully compatible with real steel furniture and accessories, as it is built to scale. As always with AKs, some fitting may be required.
