After first developing the AEG over 30 years ago, Tokyo Marui have been the go-to standard for quality battery-powered replicas for a long time.

The new Evolt series is the latest jump in innovation from TM. Unlike previous series such as the Hi-Cycle and NGRS, the Evolt RS (Recoil Shock) includes some features brand new for Tokyo Marui AEGs.

NOTE: The Evolt Series use a proprietary battery system out of the box, however all Evolt guns shipped through Raresoft will come with a free Laylax adapter allowing you to use standard 7.4v lipos with a Deans connection. You must not use an 11.1v battery with this replica.

Recoil Shock Model

Pulling the trigger activates the weight inside the buffer tube at the moment of firing, generating a strong recoil. Using slippery POM material as the guide, the 300g weight operates smoothly, increasing recoil.

Separate Gearbox

By dividing the mechanical box into the "Cylinder Assy" and "Gear BOX," the upper receiver side (upper set) and lower receiver side (lower set) are completely separated. Although it is an electric gun, it now enables more realistic takedowns. A dedicated cover is included to protect the internal mechanism when storing or carrying the upper and lower sets separately. The cylinder is a small bore type with fluorine-lubricated plating for smooth slipping, designed minimally to eliminate unnecessary capacity.

EG1000BR motor

The motor is equipped with the newly developed "EG1000BR Motor." It is a reverse type with bearings. Additionally, the design of the three gears (bevel gear, spur gear, sector gear) that transmit motor rotation to the cylinder was revised, adopting "MIM (Metal Injection Molding)" instead of conventional sintering. Combined with a 4mm shaft diameter for the spar/sector gear, it achieves improved durability, smooth rotation, and excellent quietness. The gear bearings use high-precision bearings made by MinebeaMitsumi.

M-SYSTEM Type II

The gear box is equipped with the "M-SYSTEM Type II," a specially designed "M-SYSTEM" optimized for the M4 from the next-generation MP5 series electric gun. The MCU (Microcontroller Unit) monitors information from sensors and various voltages at various locations, enabling not only switching firing modes and controlling motor rotation, but also detecting damage or abnormalities in various locations and stopping operation, making it a system that combines safety.

Pursuing Exterior Accuracy

We have measured a non-moving real firearm and realistically reproduced the sizes of each part, including the upper/lower receiver, rail handguards with M-LOK standard bases on both sides, grips, and buffer tubes. The receiver uses Ceracoat, which has a strong coating and excellent abrasion resistance. The grip material uses reinforced resin, achieving both thinness and durability to faithfully replicate the size, while intentionally leaving it unpainted to recreate the authentic texture.

New mechanisms for the chamber and magazine

There are also 'stabiliser nozzles' that stabilize the nozzle position to improve accuracy, 'inner elevation' that applies upward tension to the magazine interior to prevent feeding failures, and 'one-by-one' where the shutter inside the magazine closes every time a BB is fired into the chamber, preventing BBs from being fed into the gun body until the next round is fed after firing. Adoption of the 'Loading System'. These new mechanisms enhance operational performance and safety.

Reproduces realistic controls

It reproduces a series of operations and movements, such as reloading the first round by pulling the charging handle, and when the dummy bolt runs out of ammo, the dummy bolt holds open so that even if the trigger is pulled, the BB won't fire. When you pull the trigger when you remove a magazine with remaining ammunition, it also reproduces the "movement when there are bullets remaining in the chamber" (*). * For safety reasons, BBs will not be fired in this case.

Realistic magazine with a pressed finish

Magazine capacity: 81 rounds. Includes a dedicated magazine with a steel press on the outer magazine. This is the exclusive magazine for the M4 model of the electric gun Evolt/Evolt RS, equipped with the "Inner Elevation System" and "One-by-One Loading System." * Magazines from other series cannot be used.
